Hello, I'm Ana Polettini.
I currently work as an Interior Designer at MOYA, developing architectural and interior projects across various sectors. Alongside my work at MOYA, I also run my own office, Ana Polettini Arquitetura e Interiores, leading residential and commercial projects for private clients. With 15 years of experience, I focus on multifamily, commercial, childcare and civic sectors, managing complex interior design projects, test fits, construction documents and client presentations.
I have a proven track record in team coordination and project management, ensuring accuracy in architectural projects and documentation. I led the design of Starbucks Brazil as Head of Architecture and Design and was Senior Architect Lead at WeWork LATAM, delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget. My recent work includes Sansé, Naja and Avonlea — projects focused on community well-being, cultural heritage and inclusivity.
Originally from Brazil, I hold a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and Urbanism and two graduate specializations — Enterprise and Project Management in Civil Construction, and Interior Design, Decoration and Ambiance. I'm passionate about events and party planning, driven by my love for hosting gatherings that foster new connections and strengthen relationships with friends and colleagues.
